CardioResistance: Full-Body Sculpting + Heart-Pumping Cardio

“Bootcamp” fitness classes that combine cardio and strength training have become incredibly popular because we want our workout time to accomplish all our goals: burn fat, improve cardio health, build lean muscle, earn an endorphin high. We designed CardioResistance with the equipment and training techniques to help you get the most efficient workout possible in 45 minutes.
CardioResistance classes combine interval running on curved treadmills with full-body Lagree Method Strength training. Lagree Method is designed to efficiently build lean muscle using a combination of body weight and spring resistance.
The strength training section is done on a Megaformer. Whether you need a little help to get through a lunge or you want to blast your biceps with 100 pound curls, our instructors will help adjust each move to your level. Each class targets core, lower body and upper body, including the little muscles whose names you can’t pronounce.
You may have seen NFL and NBA players training on curved treadmills. Don’t be intimidated. These machines are so popular among professional athletes because they encourage proper running form and give you total control over your pace. To run faster, you just run faster. To slow down, you just run slower - no fumbling with buttons during a sprint.
